Adonis Pelendrides (pseudonym: Shadowreal) is a visual artist based in Limassol, Cyprus. His gothic portraits emerge without reference, executed through a deeply instinctual process that channels emotional charge into both literal structure and symbolic presence. Each work is both a confession and a weapon — drawn from the psyche’s subterranean strata, where instinct fuses with memory to summon raw, unfiltered figures.
Adonis holds a BFA from Alberta University of the Arts (Canada), and his artistic path spans years of solitude, intensity, and devotion to the underground. His current body of work, The Star System of the Exilian Suns, unveils cosmic entities from a mythic empire — leaders, shadows, armies, scientists, and other haunting manifestations.
He is now an official member of the Dark Art Movement and is represented by Macabre Gallery. His work is available internationally and ships worldwide.
