Brad Kopman Biography

United States, born 1974

Brad Kopman, goes by BFKWORKS.

He is a dark surrealist based out of the Philadelphia, PA area U.S.A. Brad studied art at Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia, PA. 1992-1996. He works in pen & ink on paper as well as acrylic paint on canvas. The works are inspired by a wide range of influences. Music, movies, pop culture, religions, nightmares, day dreams, mythologies, legends, authors, emotions, life and death.

Often Brad combines beauty and horrors, attraction and disgust. His work has been called paradigm shifting, mind altering views into a parallel universe. Showing the viewer something familiar from a new view point.
