There has always been something fascinating about handling our darkest moments, whether we dig ourselves a hole or become the loudest in the room. I search to find the connection between our minds, bodies, and feelings and celebrate them in a way that is both dark and exciting. As a painter, I aim to capture the cryptic emotions of our instincts and create characters to place feelings. Whether it all makes sense to me at the time or later, the truth and spirits do tell the stories for themselves.
