My work covers multiple mediums such as painting, sculpture, print, drawing, digital art, video, and music soundtracks. I focus on themes related to the macabre, the grotesque, and gothic horror across art, the occult, music, and film.

Influences include H.R. Giger, Jess Franco, Paul Delvaux, H.P. Lovecraft, P.K. Dick, and Charles Baudelaire.

As Drochfuil, I have dedicated decades to creating works within these styles and influences, producing pieces that are socially aware and critical. My work continually adapts to new challenges, highlighting the hidden and pernicious influences that operate within culture and society.

My work examines the pervasive impact and sinister influence of the devotional fetish cult of celebrity to the seduction and allure of the computer screen and the worlds it conjures for the viewer. It explores historical megalomaniac figures, still life painting and the annihilating destructive possibilities of exploitation in art.
