Gemma Macniven Biography

United Kingdom, born 1978

Having a long time love affair with all things dark and sinister, it has greatly influenced my art style. Folklore, fairytales, and classic horror stories are where I mainly get my inspiration. Recently trying oil paints and loving the rich colours and texture I have mainly moved to using them and graphite pieces as that is where I started my artistic journey many years ago.
