Janet Sked Biography

United Kingdom, born 1973

Born and raised in South Africa, I've been living in the UK for over twenty years. My art still features a lot of African wildlife and scenery, and my use of colour is heavily influenced by my early life.

I've always been drawn to the surreal, the spooky and the macabre. Real life is one of the strangest things around. Add a twist of the supernatural to it, and you never get bored.
