Germany, born 1990
I was born in Romania in 1990 in the small city of Targu Secuiesc. Since I've started feeling the positive impacts of creating something on paper or any other surface that can hold my visual creations, painting has become my lifelong passion. Since then, I went through high school of arts and universities of fine arts, which I finished in Cluj Napoca 2015. As a young kid, art was an obvious career choice, but I realised only recently that I don't like to call myself, nor to be called by others, an artist, because for some unknown reason I never felt that way, and also because I strongly dislike feeling limited by definitions. I observe my surroundings and try to dissect the everyday chaos to find some answers for the many “whys”s behind the human psychology and its vulnerability.
The best way I can manage my thoughts is by visualizing them, in which I can translate my personal thoughts and observations. Sometimes I only transform my feelings into a painting to obtain a sense of worth. I have many artists I admire, but my main inspiration comes from works made by children and by mentally ill persons because of the lack of superficiality and purity.
