Marcin Południkiewicz Biography

Poland, born 1983

My name is Marcin Południkiewicz. I was born in Warsaw, Poland. Where I currently live. I am mainly inspired by music. But also movies and books and comics. Np. Ghost in the Shell, Terminator and Dracula. I draw with fineliners and pens. And this is because I create under the influence of the moment, emotions and I think that thanks to this I make fewer mistakes. This technique does not forgive them, so I have a better workshop. In addition, the line is clear and does not dirty like coal. I have been drawing since I can remember, but I improved my skills in art school and thanks to my friends painters. Among other things, I had a group exhibition with 171 artists. Including Jan Cybis or Wanda Zawidzka-Manteuffel. I also cooperated with Tomasz Supryn or Jan Wyżykowski. I haven't won a prize yet, but I'm on the right track. I had 3 group exhibitions – Unique
Off Festival – UFO and the second – exhibition of Saska Kępa's Graphic Art. I exhibited too
works in Galeria „On the right side of Vistula”. My work is currently waiting for a collector. All my published works are my own.
