Oskar Bjarne 'Ob' Hjartåker is a norwegian artist settled on the rainy west-cost of Norway. A region renowned for it's connotations to dark themed art, music and culture.

Ob's art span thematically from absurd motifs with philosophical and existential messages to post-modern cultural critique and political satire. His pieces will surely give food for thought and leave its viewers with a ponder.

Stilisticly his paintings also explore how dark humour plays role when the macabre meets the observers eye.
