Artwork description

The Virgin statues depict the beauty of the figure usually not seen in traditional depictions.

I sculpted the original out of epoxy clay and made an imperfect mold with the intention of trying to make sure that each one is unique. Every cast requires me to clean up the casts, resculpt areas and modify body parts according to what the inspiration may be at the time of their creation. The color choice and style varies according to what feels right at the time as well.

I create these in very small batches due to the time it takes to make each one. If you want one made, I can make them on demand but please allow 1-2 weeks for production time and shipping.
