I made the Pain Princess first. My first ever sculpture. What a relief I felt, that my inner parts could escape from the 2-dimensionality of the paper and get out into the world! Then I wanted to complement her, and I made the Flying High part, so there would be more balance. And as usually – I take whatever material I can get my hands on – and they got hung up in the balance scale.
