Artwork description
It is an ancient story of a man named Abimelech. A man who rose to power through murder and threat. And when the city of Schecham rose against him he hired thugs to raise the entire the city and render it to ash. This character is not named specifically in the story but this is how I envisioned him. The fire is real and his helmet crafted from a bike helmet, leather and bones.
From the series “In the Time of the Judges” based upon the Old Testament book of the same name.
