Artwork description
For years we were able to defend ourselves with our weapons, reaping victims among the ranks of the alien invaders, but we discovered that all their dead, fallen on our soil, managed to kill everything around them… As if it were a virus, a plague impossible to eradicate.
The earth was dying and perhaps that was their goal, until one day, from a dry branch, blood began to flow.
Our scientists did not want to believe it, finally something familiar was starting to regenerate and perhaps that distant experiment made by our enemies was not entirely a mistake!
Decorated root of a dead tree, on a metal, polyester and acrylic base.
The blood flow is made by overlapping welding points and molten steel.
