Lost sketches on real format in a 48 pages hardcover art picture book. Signed and numbered.
In 1990 I had a véééry boring job.
To fill the Endless Nothingness at work I started doodling on A5 paper.
One per day, colored at night.
This lead to more than hundred drawings, spread over six sketchbooks.
I gave them to my then-beloved M. After the affair, the sketchbooks never returned.
Only 44 drawings from the sketchbooks survived on photo.
Four of the sketches became paintings and accompany the sketches in this art picture book.
Other sketches can be re-used in coming work:
the work on the cover already did for the painting Nighttime birds.
Somehow, I hope one day to get photos of the other 60-100 sketches.
