I experiment with different artistic techniques and drawing, with its immediacy, sobriety and apparent simplicity, and the nakedness and sincerity inherent to this technique currently allows him to make a journey of outcrops and introspection towards the unconscious. Pictorial language implies an advance in its expressive concept of the mental universe by proposing new communicative challenges. I use traditional techniques implementing a contemporary vision within an aesthetic with expressionist and surrealist connotations.

As an artist, I questions every life experience as a source of self-knowledge and creative inspiration. Supervising the creation process in teaching drawing allows you to address the mechanisms of generation and development of ideas and critically observe work sequences to optimize creative resources.

Artists have a special way of stopping time, they do it by recording the instant in which a feeling arises. If we are sensitive to the reality we inhabit, little by little, we will experience its influence and, if we attend to it, it will flood us with passion at every moment. The immediacy of the graphic-plastic representation makes it possible to catch this moment and retain it. The physical extension of our brain, the hand, acts as a transmitter of that more subtle and profound feeling that escapes verbalization and, like a kind of seismograph, will record each psychic vibration obeying an unknown command. Many times I have attended, with surprise, the emergence of an image in my paintings, there is no initial approach and I am only concerned with connecting with that inner world that has motivated an emotion, the desire to find a hidden feeling in a kind of silent dialogue with my mind.

The images of the faces that I show are archetypes of a feeling, they help us to identify ourselves as human beings and to understand their emotion as related to us but they do not refer to real people, they do not exist as a concrete human reality, they are only visual metaphors that connect us with feelings non-verbalizable. In my works I reflect moods, concordances with what excites me and attracts me as a human being who experiences the evolution of existence.
