Virrgo Biography

United Kingdom

Virrgo's work encompasses both figurative and elements drawn from variety of sources. Monochromatic paintings and drawings showing symbolic figures and objects in a dark mystic environment . Virrgo believe art to be forewarning about fragility of life and flesh which are doomed to perish and decay. Her work is like a mystical poetry stained with blood, grim atmosphere and ongoing struggle for life. La danse macabre allegorical representation of the ever present and universal power of death which unites us all. Her paintings are artistic and symbolic reminders of mortality, reflection on vanity of earthly life. They are turning our attention towards the immortality of the soul and the afterlife.
